Book a Home Visit

General Questions

Simply visit the ‘Our Services’ page for an estimate depending on the size of your home. You and your home are unique and you aren’t forced to have the same service as everyone else. The fees are based on the services we agree with you, and will take account of factors such as the size of property to be cleaned, the number of occupants and the frequency of the clean.

A consultation will normally take no more than half an hour but as with the service itself, this is for you so if you would like to ask more questions or be more detailed in the planning please allow longer. We take note of any special concerns and anything that requires special care. We always confirm what we have agreed to do in writing so you know exactly what to expect.

All payments are required to be made upfront before we commence work. This is to ensure that we can provide you with our undivided attention and commit the necessary resources to fulfil your requirements.

We accept BACs and standing orders for recuring cleans to make the payment process easy and convenient for you.

Once you have confirmed your order, we will provide you with the necessary information and instructions to complete the upfront payment. After we receive your payment, we will begin work on your clean at the agreed date and time.

Our carefully selected, vetted, and rigorously trained staff usually work individually or in teams of two or three depending on the clean requirements. This ensures the work is carried out efficiently and effectively. We endeavour to ensure the same team work for you each time.

Totally! In the unlikely event you are not absolutely satisfied, please contact us within 24hrs and we’ll either re-perform that service or we may provide you with a full or partial refund. Your choice.

Yes, Natural Harmony Cleaning is insured by full public and employer’s liability cover. The cleaners have full public liability insurance. We also have insurance covering other events including breakages.  Clients are required to contact us within 24 hours of the event.  Alas failure to do invalidates the insurance claim with our insurers and we are unable to support the claim.

The home cleaning industry is entirely unregulated, we choose to ensure we provide professional cleaners fully trained to ensure amazing cleaning while reducing indoor pollution to you and your family.   

A lot of our clients tend to be more quality focused than price focused which enables us to provide professional quality cleaning products and tools and less shop bought chemicals which tend to be more cheap, problematic and toxic. 

Our minimum price of £20 for weekly cleans allows for a decent wage, rights, holidays and training to be provided, and of course the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your cleaning service also cares for your wellbeing!

Scheduling Questions

We don't guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

No, though you should feel comfortable being at home if you choose. We operate a strict security system for your keys and alarm codes so you can still relax when you’re out.  If it is more convenient for you to be at home then we will clean the rooms your not in then swap.  We are extremely diligent and follow all the requirements concerning covid for your and our safety.

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

Our house teams work Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5.00 p.m. We also offer weekend cleans from 11 to 4 pm as well as bank holidays at a slightly higher premium.

We love our furry friends and enjoy bringing them a clean space they can play around. If you feel your pets are uncomfortable around new people, we recommend relocating them to a secure location during the cleaning process. 

Some of our clients request a dog walking service which we can provide at a cost of £15 ph as part of the scheduled clean or £18 ph at any other time.
