Book a Home Visit

General Questions

Simply visit the ‘Our Services’ page for an estimate depending on the size of your home. You and your home are unique and you aren’t forced to have the same service as everyone else. The fees are based on the services I agree with you, and will take account of factors such as the size of property to be cleaned, the number of occupants and the frequency of the clean.

A consultation will normally take no more than half an hour but as with the service itself, this is for you so if you would like to ask more questions or be more detailed in the planning please allow longer. I take note of any special concerns and anything that requires special care. I will always confirm what we have agreed to do in writing so you know exactly what to expect.

All payments are required to be made upfront before I commence work. This is to ensure that I can provide you with my undivided attention and commit the necessary resources to fulfil your requirements.

I accept BACs and standing orders for recurring cleans to make the payment process easy and convenient for you.

Once you have confirmed your order, I will provide you with the necessary information and instructions to complete the upfront payment. After receive your payment, I will begin work on your clean at the agreed date and time.

Absolutely! In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, please reach out to me within 24 hours. I will gladly re-perform the service to ensure you are happy.

Yes, Natural Harmony Cleaning is insured by full public and employer’s liability cover. I have full public liability insurance. I also have insurance covering other events including breakages.  Clients are required to contact Natural Harmony within 24 hours of the event.  Alas failure to do so invalidates the insurance claim with our insurers and we are unable to support the claim.

The home cleaning industry is entirely unregulated, but I strive to provide a professional service that ensures exceptional cleaning while reducing indoor pollution for you and your family.

Many of my clients prioritise quality over cost, enabling me to use professional-grade cleaning products and tools, such as probiotics, which are significantly more expensive than standard store-bought chemicals but much safer and more effective.

As a self-employed cleaner, my pricing includes all the benefits that would come with any employee's compensation package: holiday pay, pension contributions, ongoing training, high-quality cleaning products, and equipment etc. This ensures you receive the best possible service and peace of mind, knowing your cleaning service provider is not only fairly compensated but also cares about your wellbeing!

Scheduling Questions

I don't guarantee same-day bookings, but depending on the day and time, I might be able to accommodate your request.

No, though you should feel comfortable being at home if you choose. I operate a strict security system for your keys and alarm codes so you can still relax when you’re out.  If it is more convenient for you to be at home then I will clean the rooms your not in, then swap.  I am extremely diligent and follow all the requirements concerning everyones well being.

Yes, most of the time. However, I do allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where I may be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

I don't guarantee same-day bookings, but depending on the day and time, I might be able to accommodate your request. I work Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and can offer weekend cleans from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Additionally, I'm available for bank holiday cleans at a slightly higher premium.

I love our furry friends and enjoy bringing them a clean space they can play around. If you feel your pets are uncomfortable around new people, I recommend relocating them to a secure location during the cleaning process. 

Some of our clients request a dog walking service which we can provide at a cost of £15 ph as part of the scheduled clean or £18 ph at any other time.
